Here at Button and Blue, we really hope that you love your products. Each item is made with love and care and will be packaged up Button and Blue style in perfect condition. Button and Blue isn't responsible for how the package is handled in the post, however it is very important to us that you receive what you were expecting.
If you are unhappy with your Button and Blue item(s), please contact us at amy@buttonandblue.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to let us know you are returning the item(s) and to request a refund.
After we have received your email and agreed to a refund, please return the item(s) back to us within 14 days. The item(s) must be unwashed and unused.
Once the item(s) has been received back at our studio, the refund will be issued. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charge.
